We ran out of salsa.

College days were accompanied by many large containers of fresh salsa verde homemade by Manny’s mother. The two roommates grew fond of sharing this delicious salsa over the kitchen counter. Spicy and refreshing, the salsa rarely lasted longer than a few days before running out. After realizing that there weren’t any comparable options in the stores, Manny and James decided to take matters into their own hands.

Inspired by Manny’s mother and her own recipes, Hopes Salsa started a humble journey to create an authentic salsa with clean and simple ingredients that just couldn’t be matched to any other salsa on the shelves. After nearly 6 years, they have taken a step forward to rebrand and expand their mission from one jar to the whole dinner table.
